This essay is the point in my life when I became more responsible. I knew sooner rather than later would be a good time to purchase my computer. I wanted it and I planned to get it.
I saved up my money all summer long to buy my own computer. I went to Comp USA a couple of years ago to look and or purchase a computer. I went inside and discovered a zoo of sights and sounds of the gaming industry. The computer manager came over and tried to sell me one of the crappiest computers in the store. Mo matter how hard he tried I knew what I wanted so I would not budge. I still had the taste of Mountain Dew sloshing around my mouth when I told the manager "The day when I buy this computer is when the devil's home freezes over!" The first hour was intense but I held out the storm.
I had to use my senses to help pick out the right computer, including sight, I had to be able to see the price tag. I still had the taste of two big foot long sandwiches from subway still stuck in the gums and in my teeth. I felt the meal coming back up when I saw the price tag, but I knew I would kick myself later for not buying it. All of the games in the store made me want to spend a thousand dollars more than I already had. I had good control with my cash and I wanted to spend it but I didn't. I laid hands on the cold computer that will be warmed up back at my house when I turned it on for the first time. The best felling in the world that I had some how grown up a little. I knew that I became more responsible.
I smelt the computers that were running and plastic around the new computers. The computer I bought had sixty gigabytes one hundred megabytes of ram and about two gigahertz, not the best but not the worst. It was a wonderful computer and was better to use the Gateway the froze up half of the time in the front room. I felt a sense of gladness as I handed the cash attendant the money. It sucked but it was worth the blisters from working all summer.
