             Thesis: Because of the pressure from friends, the problems they are having, and wanting to get away from there parents, most children will turn to drugs to make them feel better and for everything to go away.
             1. The Problem: There is no sign that will pop up on your child's forehead saying that he or she has a drug problem, but there are some warning signs.
            
             • Spends a lot of time alone in their room or away from home.
            
             • Changes in personal grooming habits.
            
             • Withdraws from family activities and contact.
            
             • Demonstrates a lack of responsibility.
             Changes in behavior.
            
             • Becomes more aggressive or more withdrawn.
            
             • Mood swings "quickly goes from happy to sad.
            
             • Poor grades in school, or drastic changes in grades.
            
             • Poor attendance in school.
             Items associated with the use of illegal drugs.
            
             • Roach clips- are used to hold the dope when it is too small to hold with the fingers.
            
             • Water pipes- are used for smoking marijuana and other dope that is smoked.
            
             • Brass or glass pipes- are also used to smoke certain type's pf dope.
            
             • Cigarette lighters and matches- are often found in pockets. They can also use them to start fires and many times burnt matches are found laying around the child's room or places he or she may frequent.
            
             • Eye drops- are used to get the red out, many types of drugs cause the user to have red eyes.
             2. Specific causes: Now that you know what to look for, here's what to do to stop it.
            
             • It does not matter why you think it; whether it is based on evidence or other information just get some help.
            
             • It is not easy to say your child has a problem, but don't cover it up.
            
             • Many parents blame themselves.
            
             • It does not matter why your child does drugs; just go to a professional to get help for your needs and your child's needs.
            
             • Never deny it, always come out with it so that you can get the help you need sooner and faster.
