Bosnia

Over a million people were bombed and driven from their homes. This all took place in the early ninety's in Bosnia because the Serbs ( ) were trying to wipe out any existence or physical evidence of any non-Serbs every living in Bosnia. The United States and Nato should be held responsible for the carnage in Bosnia. They did nothing to even acknowledge that they wanted to help and save this chaos. There excuses were that they didn't want to get involved with Yugoslavia because of the fear of nuclear war and because it didn't affect their interests. They even put a restriction on tighter immigration laws so not many Bosnian's could immigrate into Western Europe. How could the United States and Nato be scared of anyone with the power they have?.
The United States and Nato, which only twenty years ago were ready to risk a nuclear confrontation over Yugoslavia, viewed this situation with detachment, unwilling to step in and anxious only to keep the mayhem from spilling over into areas of more immediate concern. The secretary of state, Warren Christopher has said, that since the conflict "does not affect our vital national interests" (Unknown website), America will not help. Also, Great Britain, France, and other European Allies have stated their disinterest in helping in stronger terms. So in other words the U.S and Nato just doesn't seem to care about the future of Bosnia which is crazy because you have to have no heart to even not think about helping a country in chaos. The U.S. just doesn't want to spend the money and get into another confrontation with Yugoslavia. Stopping genocide, it would appear, is not among the plans for the New World Order.
In anticipation of the coming flood of Bosnian refugees because of the ethnic cleansing that was on the verge of being a Serb and Croat dominated country, with Muslims on the outside looking in, Western Europe held meetings on June 1993 to coordinate tighter restrictions on immigration so that not many Bosnians could enter.
