Alice's Adventures In Wonderland And Through The Looking Gla

Although Alice's Adventures In Wonderland And Through The Looking Glass has been recreated many time, the spirit of the story still remains intact. Many movies have been created since the early nineteen hundreds, but similar to other novels that have been created into movies, it is not quite the same as the book. Some of the Alice movies leave out many details and emphasize on other parts of the story, some more than others.
For instance, in Lewis Carol's version, when Alice falls down the rabbit hole she supposedly sees a cabinet, a cupboard, a clock, and marmalade. But in the nineteen eighty-five version she sees nothing and falls very quickly. This part of the movie doesn't hold true to Lewis Carol's version. This is a perfect example of how people can't always recreate something to its fullest. .
Another example of a movie not being able to hold true to Lewis Carol's version was the Disney version. The Disney version mixed in Alice's Adventures In Wonderland And Through The Looking Glass. This version was probably the best done yet complicated due to the fact that the stories were mixed, but they were able to add more detail because it was animated. Although they did miss some significant details such as when Alice swam on her own, and when she encountered the mouse. In the book she has a conversation with it, and it adds the caucus race. .
Coming to the final example in the same scene when she approaches the door, the doorknob talks to Alice in the Disney version. The doorknob is there to tell Alice how to pass through the door by eating the cake. Yet in the Lewis Carol version, the doorknob does not speak to her. This last proves that the Disney story version does not have the scenes the way the Lewis Carol version wanted them done. .
As most people can see, not every version of Lewis Carol's Alice's Adventures In Wonderland And Through The Looking Glass are the same.
