Leadership is about articulating visions, embodying values, and creating the environment within which things can be accomplished. Leadership must be exhibited in order to get a mission or task completed. It is an essential quality in the home, school, and especially the workforce. .
2. One of the most essential qualities of leadership is good communication. It is imperative in a leadership position that the leader not only talks but listens as well. If this important quality is missed there is room for error as well as failure to get the task accomplished. .
3. Motivation and determination is key in a leadership position. How is one person suppose to get other people to do something, when them their selves are not motivated or dedicated to the job at hand? Motivation someone is motivated as well as dedicated to something or getting something done, it goes unnoticed and others around are also motivated and determined, thus all have the same goal of getting the task accomplish and does so with little or no problems at all.
4. What is there more than anything that people can not stand? Unorganized people, especially leaders is the correct answer. That is why it is why organization is the most imperative quality needed while in leadership position. Unable to recall where things are located or make others draw the conclusion that the leader is not serious about the job or task and some may come to the conclusion he or she is irresponsible and thus gives them little or no respect.
5. If the qualities of good communication, motivation and determination, and organization is possessed by an individual this person will be able to produce outstanding leadership qualities necessary to get the job or task accomplished. .
