Compare&Contrast Anne Bradstreet, Jonathan Edwads &myself


            In this essay I plan to compare and contrast how the outlook on the life of Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards. In the first paragraph, I plan to describe how Anne Bradstreet, Jonathan Edwards and myself relate. In the second paragraph, I will go into detail on how our lives have been different and give examples to better explain each explanation.
             To begin with, I will discuss how my life relates to the lives of Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edward. First, like Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards, I enjoy writing. In my free time I often sit down and express my emotions on paper much like Anne Bradstreet did as she lived the life of a Puritan mother. As I read the chapter that Jonathan Edwards wrote, it really got me to think of the way life was for him. It made me realize that a lot of things haven't changed since Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards days. .
             Also, I can relate to Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards another way because we have all had some sort of education. Anne Bradstreet had an excellent education; Jonathan Edwards went all the way through college and majored in philosophy. I have finished eleven and a half years of education. I plan to attend college in the future much like Jonathan Edwards, but instead major in neurology. Lastly, even though we all have different types on education and may have been taught differently, we all have a sense of God and what he is known for. .
             Secondly, I will discuss how my life differs from Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards live. To begin with, much of today's world is based on computer knowledge. Most people could not function or could not go out and get a good job with the help or knowing how to use a computer. When Anne Bradstreet and Jonathan Edwards lived, both didn't have the privilege of having the help of a computer near by. Therefore, it was extremely difficult for them to voice their opinions and their beliefs of different subjects.
