To Kill a Mockingbird

The false trust struck like daggers without warning, from the dark. The daggers in this case were the white woman, who accused an African-American of rape. The false credibility of the police work was astonishing when there was no witness of rape, and the truth of false rape was out. However, because of the man's dark skin, he was arrested, and put into custody. .
"I knew if a white woman accused a black man of rape, he was as good as dead" stated Clarence Norris, the last survivor of the Scottsboro boys. In reality, this is the fact, and this is still happening with black males and white females. Such case happened 11 years old, when an African-American, Quincy Brandon Troupe, was accused and later killed for raping a student from his university. False witness was presented at the court, and when Quincy was presented, the witness was proved wrong. However, the people were against Quincy, and took him to custody. .
There were a few people who did try to protect the falsely accused Quincy. One of them is Vernon Mason, and he just finished a case with a case of a rape, and he entered a new one, which was similar to his old on. He knew that protecting the man was going to be hard, because he was familiar with a statement that a black person spoke to him before. The statement was "any such false accusation without regard to race is of course abdominal. However, given the history of this country, black targets are placed in infinitely more danger of imprisononment and death". This proved how racist the people were, and much of it is filled in our world. .
A similar case was shown in the book To Kill a Mocking Bird. Tom Robinson, the black character, who was falsely accused of raping a white girl, when he was actually helping her out. Tom Robinson was accused of raping the white girl, Mayelle, but a lawyer tried to prove her wrong. As it turned out, it was actually Mayell's father who physically raped her, and blamed it on a black person.
