That is a whole new realm for us to back to school to accept a 3 year-lasting post-graduate education. For most of us, that is not quit easy to make this decision. In one aspect, we have a full structured family, and meanwhile, we still need to implement all the requirements of our company. But we still desire for the new knowledge and technology to make sure we are still in the step of a fast progressing society. So we back to the school.
In my opinion, the idea of the Master program of Engineering is pretty good. It opens a gate for us who don't want to leave their favorite job to continue our education. In here, it allows us to bring the project of enterprise back to the classroom with an intelligence supportive environment. It provides an opportunity for us to systemize and optimize our knowledge structure that can never be handled in the company. Further, for the company which we are being employed, we are the right persons who are able to convert what we learned to its valuable asset in a very short term when we back. So, I believe, the Master Program of Engineering is the voice of Enterprises and the responsibility of the universities.
But, there are still many aspects need to be enhanced and improved in the domain of Master Program of Engineering. First of all and that is the most important, for the universities, in my viewpoint, the curriculum should be adjusted and even be redesigned. In my idea, we are the Engineers but not the scientists. We hope the curriculum and materials closer to the practical applications and engineering rather than too much senseless theories and mathematical formulas. If this could be changed, I think, that would be quit another happiness when we proudly accept our diploma.
