Expository Group Essay about Mcdonalds

The work place can be all for the better, no matter what, just as long as you have a unique group of people. To cope with times of hard work and stress you need crew workers with high moral. Knowing and working with the crew of Walcott McDonalds have taught and given me valuable life skills and experiences. In the past three years working with them, their personality and work ethic have showed me that they are committed, supportive, and fun-filled group.
To keep up with the demand for food on the go the crew must be as committed as ever. When Walcott McDonalds gets a bus the lobby fills with a group of hungry stomachs. So we must work to the extreme and keep on task with whatever comes up. The crew will put customers threw as quickly as possible and cope with problems and complaints. The customer might ask for ice out in the lobby machine and the crew could go on like we didn't hear it at the time. But we are committed and will find someone that has time to go out of their way to fill the customers demand. In the long run customers love the commitment given out by the Walcott McDonald's crew and keep on coming back.
The emotionally support of my fellow crew worker's is strong. When someone comes in with a lone face, a manager can always tells something is wrong. When my dog died the first thing my manager Mel will ask is what happened to me. So I will explain what happened and she will be great. She will give support to help cope with the hard time and guide me through the obstacle that keeps me from performing at my best.

Working with a fun-filled crew no time seems boring with them. When at work during the winter, travel will be down. So it's slow and something needs to make it go by faster. We will tell someone to take trash out to the dumpster outside. But what they don't know is up on the roof a manager and me await with snowballs from above. So when they wheel out the cart, they just don't know where the snowballs are hitting them from.
