             In England, a pretty peaceful place- not too much conflict arose until the middle ages. Barbarians" invasion occurred also along with the Roman Empire and his fall. In England there was a lot of insecurity going on so Catholicism and Feudalism was spread as remedies because there was fear and poverty. Times were becoming so hard that people started giving up their lands and labor to the warlords so that they would receive support and shelter. Wars broke out along with a plague, forcing the peasants to serf and to accept the suzerainty of temporal spiritual gods. In England kings were chosen by the barons. King Charles I was beheaded. But before most of this democratic principles started on the island of England and it became a conflict. England was about the Magna Carta was a scroll like paper it was more of a document which granted rights to the church signed by King John. They believed that this was the beginning of the British democracy. With the changes in England they were all very slow. But later on it got much better. The England throne gave power to many people. In the middle 1600's there was a lot of conflict going on with the government. This conflict came from the monarchy wanting all power and all control over the Parliament. The Parliament is the governments" legislative body. By the monarchy wanting to take over only made more conflict in England. The government or Parliament also had a huge thing for power. To make matters worse for the people in England was the fact that there was a lot of strictness to adherence the Christian people and their principles. Within all this conflict over power was a huge resolution which was the English Civil War. The great King Charles I was beheaded so Oliver Cromwell took control over the English Republic. While Oliver Cromwell was controlling the English Republic, the dictatorship within himself made him come to tell the people that having one person to rule wasn't such a bad idea.
