Commander Williams came in and started giving the men their mission briefing.
             "There will be three squads to a unit, and three different specialization's to a unit. "Each beach boat will also consist of three squads." "Listen carefully because I am only going to call out the three squads that will be combining once." "Unit number one will consist of squad leaders Johnny, Jose, and Jim." "Unit two will be-.
             The three guys were so excited that they got to be in the same unit. This is the thing they dreamed of their whole entire time in the army. They found out after the meeting that they would be getting on a regular sized boat that will contain their beach boats one-day. When they saw the boat, all three of them got excited; they just couldn't wait to get to Normandy. .
             Well they all boarded the boat and briefed their squad on what they would be doing once they arrive on Normandy. It was only a few hours until they get there. Jose was going to be the unit leader so he brought together, and briefed them on what to expect him to say in certain situations. .
             The buzzer went off which was telling them to head to their boats and get ready because they are only 15 minutes from the shoreline at Normandy. Jose got the group together and re-briefed them on what he said earlier. Then they boared the beach boats. Once everyone got on Jose detached the beach boat from the boat, and Jose steered the boat towards the center of the Normandy beach. .
             While on the boat Jose got news that there were four sets of machine gun bunkers along the beach each containing six machine guns. Jose then explained to his squads that they would have to take out the middle bunker in order to take over the beach. .
             "Johnny!" yelled Jose, "Were hitting the beach." "Run! Run! We have to get the machine guns!".
             "Yes sir," replied Johnny. "I"m going." "Squad exit the boat and head toward the bunkers!" "Waste no time running from enemy fire.
