Especially elderly citizens. Off course they did not have any computer or internet voting back in the days. They have been voting manually for number of years. I don't know why we have to add computer technology in every single step we make. That's makes us lazy. .
One of the weakest things about diebold computers are they are easy to hack. Any computer expert can hack into the system and mess things around. Diebold voting system is all about networking. Nothing is impossible for human being. If someone created high tech security system off course someone else would know how to hack into high tech security systems.
In year 2000 presidential election of United States America, when we ere having lot of confusion about Florida voting. I remember reading in an article that one of the secretary who counts votes. Florida was on of the states that has high tech computer system voting. She said one night she saw Al gore(democrat candidate) was way ahead of George W. Bush(republican candidate). Next morning when she came to check the report George W. Bush way ahead of Al gore. In one night, not actually one night in few hours the votes were way so different. There was no record in the computer so one couldn't prove that computer might have been hacked by someone over few hours. .
In few hours we had a big change in America. All of us thought Al Gore would be our next president in United States of America. But modern technology of computer and computer voting was the only one reason that made George W. Bush as our president. There was no doubt that computer voting was the only result that we did not have president in United States almost more then two months. It was only because of modern technology.
