How much would you enjoy your job if your boss was constantly making passes toward you at work? Sexual harasement in the workplace is a topic of great concern to many people as well as companies. One view is, how affective as you as an employee if you must always stand guard against sexual advances? Sexual harasement is always a very expensive experience and usually not to the person who is causing the problem. People quit their jobs because they can't handle it anymore, and if they persue, they have to cary a lawsuit on their work records.
