Apollo 13

The Apollo 13 mission was launched at 2:13 p. EST, April 11, 1970 from launch complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center. The space vehicle crew consisted of James A. Lovell, Jr. commander, John L. Swigert, Jr., command module pilot and Fred W. Haise, Jr. lunar module pilot.
The Apollo 13 Mission was planned as a lunar landing mission but was aborted en route to the moon after about 56 hours of flight due to loss of service module cryogenic oxygen and consequent loss of capability to generate electrical power, to provide oxygen and to produce water. Apollo 13 was to be the third mission to land on the Moon. An explosion in one of the oxygen tanks crippled the spacecraft during flight and the crew were forced to orbit the Moon and return to the Earth without landing. .
A service module oxygen tank was ruptured, and the command module's normal supply of electricity, light, and water was lost. Details: In the service module, fans inside the #2 oxygen tank were turned on two days into the mission. The wires for these fans shorted and caught on fire. The fire weakened the tank and caused the #2 oxygen tank to explode, along with the #1 oxygen tank. The service module bay cover was destroyed. Valuable oxygen reserves were quickly depleted. The result was a loss of oxygen, water, electricity, and use of engines. Apollo 13 had to use the moon's gravity to circle the moon, without landing, and return to Earth earlier than planned. Star constellations were used to aid in navigation around the moon. .
The team management approaches of the film are ; crisis management (it's for minimizing the harm that might result from some unusual threating situations), planning-establishing objectives and goals, organizing-arranging resources to carry out the organization's plans, leading-influencing and motivating people to work effectively, controlling-monitoring progress toward organizational goals.
