For years the government has kept marijuana illegal because it believes the drug will cause chaos and senselessness. .

Some believe that they should be able to grow it as they might do now and some feel the state should run pot farms. .

Both tobacco and alcohol are widely used and are legal to persons that are 21 years or above. Just like prohibition with alcohol, marijuana has divided groups of opinions on the matter. A study done to help people recognize people that have used marijuana says that people under the influence of marijuana usually seem dizzy and have trouble walking, seem silly and giggly for no reason, have very red bloodshot eyes and over a few hours become very sleepy. Most of these effects sound a lot like a drunk person. If getting high causes a person to act stupid and do violent things, why would they want to sleep? They usually get silly and giggly, not temperamental or crazy.
