             In modern day society as it get more cultural diverse I must learn to respect others. I will do this by erasing stereotypes, and approaching situation in an unbiased manner. There will be times where it will be impossible for me to be unbiased. In this case, I believe it would be best not to get involved in the situation. It will be my duty to examine any cultural differences I might have with peers in order to respect where they are coming from. I will show compassion and sensitivity to others, and at the same time respect their privacy. In my opinion, privacy is invaded when the individual feels uncomfortable or threatened in their personal life. I will strive to respect the opinions of other, their culture and their personal life.
             Accountability.
             I will take full responsibility for all of my actions in my professional and private life. My lifestyle will be one that reflects my professionalism at all times. I must know where to draw the line between my personal and private life. This means I will avoid any activities and associations that can damage my credibility. If a mistake has been made in my part it will by my duty to correct it in the most appropriate manner. Since mistakes will happen, I will never guarantee the success of my work before it has been completed. I must also give credit to others when it is due for any ideas or information that I have used.

             I realize that credibility is not something that is developed overnight so I look to uphold the following standards To build my credibility I will follow the rules and code of the profession in every aspect of my life.
