Current Immigration issues
According to the Denver Post if President Bush’s amnesty goes through some people would be affected in a negative way, and others would be affected in a positive way. In a broad perspective the people that would be affected in a negative way would defiantly have to be the native population, that are losing their job opportunity to the lower paid immigrants. The people that would benefit of course are the immigrants, but also the government in an economic perspective, the employers hiring the immigrants to staff their business. In our society there are many specific people or groups that would be hurt by this proposal. The main people that would be affected would defiantly have to be the native people that lack proper schooling, by this I mean the people who don’t have high school degrees, and the people who lack high school level education. There are 10 million native people that this proposal would affect just for the reason of lack of education. I like this a little bit because like I stated earlier it would offer more jobs for my fellow Americans, it would save taxpayers money and a few other things. The reason why I don’t think this will work is because we tried stopping them from coming over before and we currently do, and they still get here. What’s going to stop them from crossing the border if we try to
