Push up paper

The anatomy of the basic push up consists of the movement of several muscles, bones, and joints of the arms and chest. In this paper I will explain how the muscles, bones, and joints all connect in the process of a push up and how this exercise benefits the body. I will also describe the basic techniques of the push up and the analysis of the exercise. .
As with most exercises, the push up helps build strength. The muscle group that gets the most benefit is the arms. Push-ups define the muscles in the arms so they will appear bigger. The chest is another part of the body that benefits from this exercise. If you do the push up in the correct basic position, the pressure will increase, making the chest bigger and wider. .
To properly do a push up you must get in the correct position. First, lie down with your chest on the ground. Place your palms on the floor just to the side and slightly in front of your shoulders so that you are balanced on your palms and toes. Have your legs together or shoulder width apart. Push up, by straightening your arms, and lift your body. Keep your back straight. Breath out as arms begin to get straight. Lower the body toward the floor, bending the arms and keeping the body straight. Lower the body until the upper arms are parallel to the ground. Push back up. Do not lock your arms at the top of the move and do not bob your head.
When performing the push up, your body is in the anatomical position and if done properly, should only cross the frontal plane. Some of the main muscles involved are the pectoralis major, coracobrachialis, supraspinatus, deltoid, pectoralis minor, teres major, triceps brachii, serratus anterior, trapezius, rhomboids, levator scapula, serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi, subscapularis, infraspinatus, anconeus, teres minor, brachialis, pronator teres, brachioradialis, and biceps brachii.
The first thing you need to do for the push up after lying on the ground is to get your arms positioned.
