FIELD RESEARCH: NON-PARTICIPANT OBSERVATION.
Foreign visitors will always accept the cultural environment of the host country.
INTRODUCTION.
We are going to observe visitors from foreign countries visiting Dubrovnik, Croatia and Disneyworld, USA in a 7-day sequence. Visitors are of all ages, religions, genders, nations and different income levels. We are observing how their behavior changes according to these factors: garbage disposal awareness, willingness to spend and behavior on the bus station.
DUBROVNIK.
Dubrovnik is very attractive to tourists because of its historical meaning, position in the Mediterranean and natural beauties. People from all around the world come to enjoy its attractiveness and atmosphere but very often are encountered with unexpected and unpredictable situations. .

• Garbage Disposal.
Upon arrival to Dubrovnik, visitors are stunt with the beauty and the atmosphere. Sightseeing the town encourages their appraisal and appreciation towards historical heritage. After some time their attention gets distracted. One of the causes of distraction is inappropriate litter disposal which attracts numerous stray cats and dogs. People in Dubrovnik have a terrible habit of leaving trash behind on every corner. During the first two days the visitors will be disgusted by the sight but in the next couple of days they will start behaving in the same way as local people. After a while the visitors won't think twice before littering themselves because of getting accustomed to the behavior of locals who litter.
Although their behavior would be inappropriate in their own country, they will not face the rejection here. They will accept that kind of behavior as a commodity and they do not see it as rules rejection nor will they experience the self guilt.
• Willingness to spend.
The overall atmosphere in Dubrovnik does not encourage visitors to spend.
