Mike is a 25 year-old, Caucasian male currently residing in Philadelphia and studying in the field of radiology. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University. He is single and resides with his parents and older sister. He reported that he has not had a romantic relationship for over two years. He furthermore indicated that his current focus rests on his academic performance and developing his career. Moreover, Mike has had several friends throughout the years. However, he has not held very close relationships outside of the school environment. At present, Mike reported that he is close friends with a classmate in his radiology program.

Mike reported that this childhood was happy, and that at times when he was younger he was timid and shy. He added that he gets along well with his family, and enjoys spending time with them. He spoke with much enthusiasm about his family, and indicated a deep appreciation for the love and support

He displays well developed skills in the high average range on tasks involving visual sequencing and planning in a socoial context, visual short-term memory and visual motor speed and coordination (WAIS-III).
