It is important to strive to be prepared in the class in all aspects from content of the subject to that day’s lesson plan and that is what I plan to do. I think it is important for me to attend workshops so I can constantly be improving in my field and learn new ways to teach in order to be better prepared to be an effective teacher. I will devise lesson plans that are both fun and challenging to the students, keeping in mind the particular grade that I am teaching and the mental capabilities of its students.

Teasing will not be tolerated in my classroom; therefore I will make it known to the class what I expect out of it both verbally and visually, explaining to them the rules and procedures of the classroom.
