I feel according to this article the changes taking place with this initiative are long overdue. The bottom line is your carrying people it does not matter if it's 10 or a 100 the same safety practices should be followed. I feel these changes will help reduce the number of accidents after all the bottom line should be passenger safety not the almighty dollar.
