Overall a detailed overview will be provided regarding the overall function as well as the purpose, regulations, state and federal laws, and provide an overview on what employers and employees should do in order to ensure there is a safe work environment to report to daily. Lastly, the paper will also discuss necessary remedies in order to prevent possible hazards or occurrences within the workplace and a detailed overview of all of the knowledge I gained throughout this research project on the Occupational Safety and Health function. .
             The Functions and Goals of Human Resources Management.
             Human Resources Management refers to a series of human resources policies, regulations, functions, and a relevant management activity implemented in the guidance of economics and is centered on human capital, to meet the organizations needs for current and future development and success. The goal is to assist the company while maximizing employee productivity and development through the utilizing the relevant resources inside and outside of an organization, starting with great human resources planning, into recruitment, selection, training, payment and following all of the state and federal regulations. Human Resources plays a critical role in predicting an organization's needs in order to successfully compete in their industry. Human Resources is comprised of many different functions including Human Resources Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development, Occupational Safety and Health and insert last function. .
