American airlines compared with Southwest airlines does not quite match respectively in regard to employee satisfaction, but they are trying. American Airlines in Fort Worth, Texas, will spend $15 million a year for the next three years to offer it's 100,000 employees subsidized PCs and Internet service for home use.
