            How to throw and catch using a lacrosse stick and ball.
            
             You ever watch lacrosse and wonder how to play? Are you embarrassed to ask people what's going in the game right now? Well this article now can explain ever thing that's going on the field from catching to throwing. In lacrosse, a stick is used to carry the ball. When the ball is in the stick you have the possession. To move the ball, a skill called" catching and throwing" is required. This is the basic skill used in the game. I promise if you follow these to steps you can achieve the concept of lacrosse.
             First you will need a well laced lacrosse stick and a couple of lacrosse balls. Go near a wall so when the ball is thrown it will come back to you. Get a piece of chalk and draw a box so you have something to aim at. Draw a box about the same height as you against the wall. .
             Well lets start are training of catching and throwing with out using a ball this is only for safety precautions:.
             Start by placing your dominate hand in the middle of your stick and then placing your other hand on the bottom. .
             Make sure your hands are relaxed and comfortable.
             Point the bottom of the stick where you have drawn the box at.
             Keep your elbow level to the box and the top of the stick ( the head )catapult like you are going to throw any kind of object.
             Throwing, keep your elbow up and the bottom end of the stick to whatever you are throwing at, your throwing accuracy will be higher.
             Now, when you throw the ball against the wall make sure the head of the stick is facing straight.
             Bouncing off the wall, the ball will come back at you. To avoid this you must catch it.
             Just like any other sport you must keep an eye on it and get the head of the stick on the ball.
             Catching the ball, you must cradle it. Cradling is an easy concept of a forward motion of curling your top hand and then curling it back.
             Centripetal force is the motion used on the ball which stays in the stick.
