FBI and CIA - Invasion of Privacy

Taking information from the internet proved not enough for them. A few weeks ago mobile carriers received more than 1.3 million requests for their customers' phone records last year from US law enforcement agencies. The most disturbing detail among this demand is these companies aren't legally susceptible to submit any of these requests nor does law enforcement have any legal rights to do so. The CIA and FBI are clearly attempting to obtain and intrude our privacy the most they are able to do so. The ones that enforce the law and over see controversial actions ironically attempt to deceive big name corporations for their own benefit even if it clearly goes against the law. .
The enormous pressure they put on Google, almost as if they forced them to comply with them, allows us to acknowledgment the desperate actions they take to empower themselves in this free country. Back to the cellphone reports, Markey's in charge of leading significant investigations like this, requested data on surveillance by the ACLU containing over five thousand and five hundred pages of documents said to help with police surveillance in this country. Of the 200 police departments contacted by the ACLU, all reported tracking cell phones and only a small minority reported obtaining a warrant or providing probable cause for the search. This puts many innocent people in jeopardy of unlawful invasion of privacy. There is no specific reason why intrusion actions of these should be taken. Criminal activity may be spotted but only insignificant criminal activity that can be discoverable through other law enforcement tactics or strategy's not involving privacy invaded. The FBI doesn't release reports of their findings through the the sites the monitor or any of the emails or texts they go through. It may seem logically for our countries actions to be watched carefully by the government, but then again we do have restrictions against this.
