Nutrients, Calories and Balanced Meals

Fruits are my number one favorite things to eat during the day every day. Whenever I get the chance to go to the grocery store, I always pick up some type of fruit; even if it's the ones that are in the can submerged with light corn syrup. Most fruits are low in fat, calories, and sodium. They contain many essential nutrients such as potassium, vitamin C, and folic acid. Eating fruits such as Bananas that are rich in potassium help to maintain a healthy blood pressure and reduce blood cholesterol levels. Cereals contain fibers, protein, iron, and zinc that are essentially healthy for your body. Eating lots of fruits and eating cereals are a healthy way that I use to get my day started or end it. .
Each and every day I try to drink as much water as I can possible. If I intake too many sweet drinks, my skin starts to break out so I try to limit the amount of juices and sodas I intake down to a minimum every week. 8 ounces of water are the required amount of water that an individual should intake daily. I feel that I possible drink more than the required amount is. I drink water when I wake up, all throughout the day, when I got to sleep, and even in the middle of the night when I wake up just because. Each day I drank at most 16 ounces of water and at most 8 ounces of soda/juice. Normally when I get home, I try to do some type of exercise and some stretches before I dance around the house. Because I love to dance, I sometimes use that as my exercise that causes me to drink more water than I expect to drink. When calculated, for my body weight, I need approximately 56 ounces of fluid in my body every day. There are times when I get the feeling that I may have drank not enough fluids because I would wake up in the middle of the night dehydrated.
During the three day course of tracking my eating habits, there were about eighteen times were I have chosen foods that contain omega 3 fatty acids.
