America, Japan and the Atomic Bomb

Was the dropping of the atomic bomb on Japan justified?.

The dropping of the atomic bomb on Japan was justified. In 1945, the United States dropped the atomic bomb on Japan to end the war. The bomb was dropped on the Japaneses because America wanted to end the war without Soviet Russia getting involved. America had to decide whether it was the right decision to drop the bomb and some things that they had to consider were; the people that they were going to bomb were civilians and more people on both sides of the Warfield will suffer trying to launch this bomb and making sure it lands in the correct place. The Japanese were weak and had no more supplies to fight for themselves, but they would not give up due to this. The Japanese thought that they could win this war and keep their land; they did not expect the United States to drop an atomic bomb on their civilians and kill many who did nothing wrong. The Japanese were about to give up and surrender to the Americans, but they still wanted to fight which was no other fault but theirs; if the Japanese surrendered earlier, the atomic bomb would not of been launched. "People were dying so fast that I had begun to accept death as a matter of course and ceased to respect its awfulness. I considered a family lucky if it had not lost more than two of its members."" This is explained by a survivor of the bomb who is implying that whoever died from this should not have experienced such a terrible incident and that America should not of dropped the bomb; however, the Japanese did not want to end the war, making it their own fault that 30,000 of their own people died due to this bomb; therefore, America was justified for dropping the bomb for the reason that America wanted to use it and try it out to see if it worked seeming they spent two billion dollars making it, intending to use it to end the war with Japan; which worked and Soviet Russia did not have to get involved and none of the American civilians got hurt fighting.
