In my opinion, abortion is something that should be allowed because it can prevent physical pain, it can be as solution for those who had a baby through unconventional or non-consensual means, and it is considered a reliable practice of the medical profession. Abortion may not be the most humane alternative, but it is still a safe choice for the mother and child.
