Technology existed since the creation of the universe, therefore, the question to be asked is not "if technology existed?"," rather its "How fast does it advance?"." Thanks to the human mind and the hard work of researcher as well as scientists, technology is advancing day after day. Due to the advancement of technology, it has started playing a crucial part in improving the business structure of the past few decades. Technology has positively influenced businesses in terms of information technology, outsourcing, and security systems.
             Information Technology (IT) is the manipulation of information in order to retrieve, store, or transmit them to the public. Information Technology was the key factor that helped the world achieve globalization, when businesses work internationally. Information Technology existed hundreds of years ago. It started since the appearance of Ancient Greeks. At that time, Alexander the Great came across many countries to influence them such "Iskandaryia " in Iraq, and "Alexandria " in Egypt. Another example is the Silk Road made between China and the Mediterranean Sea, which introduced the exchanging of goods and knowledge as well as achieving Globalization. Nowadays with the existence of mobile technology, businesses are able to sell their products without having to be there. This is achieved through the internet communications. With that, businesses can interact with customers and make deals in no time. Information Technology introduced advertising in which, businesses can use the media to grab the attention of costumers and influence him to buy their products.
