             Electronic fund transfers – electronic fund transfers a retail payment system which allowed the direct transfer of money from the customer's bank account .
             or simply from one account to another using computerized network. .
             On –line: Is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly make payments, buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet.
             Internet -: internet as a global computer communications network providing almost instant transfer of electronic data from one computer to another, linking business academic and private users.
             Control: - Control is the forces that guide activities towards some predetermined goal. .
             Corruption – is defines as an anti-social behaviour conferring improper benefits contrary to legal and moral norms, and which undermine the authorities to improve the living conditions of the people.

             2.2 Electronic Payment and Fraud .
             Payment systems that use electronic distribution networks constitute a frequent practice in the banking and business sector since 1960s, especially for the transfer of big amounts of money. In the four decades that have passed since their appearance, important technological developments have taken place, which on the one hand have expanded the possibilities of electronic payment systems and on the other hand they have created new business and social practice, which make the use of these systems necessary.
