( Van Dusen 125 ). It is totally true that if someone disobeys one law, he would ignore all of them and no one's idea is not superior than the rule of law. Therefore, this situation should not be in the democratic countries. In addition to ignoring the rule of law, Civil disobedience which are made against government' rules can cause a feeling of insecurity for citizens. It makes citizens distrust against governments. Civil disobedience is generally regarded as more morally acceptable than both ordinary offences and other type of protest such as militant action or coercive violence. However, there are no differences between them. All of them affects badly the citizens ideas about government reputation and reliability. Thus, citizens who believe in government's works profoundly can be confused about democratically committed operations. In short, Civil disobedience damages government's reputation and reliability of their rules and it should not be admissible for a democracy.
Another point is that civil disobedience causes violations as regards the emergence of looters, damage to public and people's property and fighting environment between people who a different perspective of ideas. When people come together to protest the group includes some provocative people. These people can provocate others to damage the environment, loot public and people' s property. The feeling of anger and the state of chaos which are because of being in this atmosphere can facilitate damaging the environment and public, private property. In an essay, Van Dussen notes that '' It courts violence and even the most careful and imited use of non violent acts of disobedience may help show the dragon-teeth of civil riot'' (Dussen 125). As Van Dussen points that in the protest provocative people can occur and they can cause violence. Another point is that in society, there can be people who have different ideas about rules.
