Qualities of a Successful Work Environment

One of the important aspects that employers must consider when making the right choice of training their employees is to comprehend the problems that come with the issues.
An example of this could be considered is that of full-time and part-time employees. Full-time employees are usually taken a little more seriously than part-time employees. More focus and concentration is kept in order to comprehend the dynamics of employees working in that environment. Each concern is given separate treatment, resolved and responded in a given situation (Brown & Bourne, 1995, pp. 50). In contrast to this, and this is a personal observation, that part-time employees usually are met and dealt with disgruntled supervisors who have a hard time communicating with the employees since they are not at work, displaying lack of collaboration and connect on multiple levels. This, in return, contributes the problem that they are experiencing but also limits their ability to show and display their actual skills, potential to work and be in the eyes of their supervisor as if they are star players in a team.
Staff supervision is based on three core fundamentals that need to be fully understood and trained before they could take up the task of handling employees, listening to their concerns and communicating it to the audience that would allow them to understand and learn about the issues that come with it (Davys & Beddoe, 2010, pp. 160). While many people have been able to show their work and their efforts in order to understand and empower employees, there is very little evidence that people actually perform their duties and responsibilities in the right direction. In focus and concentration is around the ideas and components of providing the right supervision for employees that would significantly help their development and also call for better results and outcomes (Tash, 1984, pp.85). .
One must understand that quality supervision will be different a variety of areas, varying due to the organizational environment, the culture of the organization and the overall goals that the organization aims to achieve (Hawkins & Shohet, 2012, pp.
