There are many causes of teen violence some that are originated in the parents. If a teen was brought up in a home with drugs, guns and alcoholism or if a teen if brought up in poverty or an abusive family he will most likely grow up to be a criminal and it most likely will begin in the child's early teens. When a teen is abused as a child they think that nobody cares about them so they basically are out just to hurt people because they think that nobody cares about them so they bring attention to themselves through crime.

If people were to try to stop teen violence it would take non-stop around the clock work to do. It is not easy just to get teens to stop doing what they are doing. They would have to pretty much stop it right at the source, and most of the time its not just the teens that is the problem. In most cases of teen violence the teen that committed the crime has an abusive family where the mother or father hit or beat them which caused the teen to be aggressive and have so much anger built up. With all that anger built of from being abused they go out and do something that would probably end them up in prison.
