Special Moment

Freshman year in high school is always pathetic. Having to get up early and go to school for almost 6 hours. A.P. Art was one of my favorite subjects as I begin develop my skills as the time when by. Everyone in the class was older than me by either two or one year. Because A.P. classes are only offer to juniors and seniors. All my classmates were always picking on me. They would always say stuff like " he's only a freshman. He doesn't know how to draw.he won't make it".
Instead I would only ignored all of their comments and do my own thing. Finally the chance of my life came along. A national art contest that would change everything. I was one out of two people who signed up for it in my class. In the mean time I was getting ready to do my master piece. The theme for this contest was "Monarch Butterfly Immigration and a boy been Deported by U.S. Agents". It was winter session and it was raining on the day. The rain would flow smooth ,and air breeze going through the open window that made my eyes water. So I started by looking up for monarch butterflies pictures; in some National Geographic Magazines that I had from years before. And I had always had the right idea and picture of this little guy looking of a cliff towards the future, life, space or just some answers to questions on life. Without giving anyone a chance to know him.
Therefore I decided he would be the best candidate to this since that the little boy on the theme would be pretty upset. Based on the facts that he was going to be separated from his mom, friends, family, etc. After thinking and searching for almost four hours. I finally came across the most gorgeous monarch butterfly. It was a very detailed with amusing colors to be a monarch butterfly. Yellow and black were the major colors on it been complementing by different patterns on its wings. As a matter of fact I modified one of the wings.
