Schools' name and reputation would be at stake if there is an element of gangsterism spreading in schools compound.
             Plus, the school authorities should organize motivational talk. This is to make sure that students are aware of the danger of mixing with the bad hats. Students nowadays are ignorance of the consequences of involve in gangsterism. The talk can encourage students to think positively. The talks would serve them as advice from the experts. For instance, the police department can be invited to give special talks on gangsterism . They can inform students about the consequences that will be faced by them if they are caught for gangsterism. This can prevent students to join any gang groups because they are afraid of being arrested and put in jail. Other important agencies such as the Prison Department can also send their representative to give a talk on the impact of staying in prison. The National Drug Agency is another example where they can send their representative and talk about the usage of drugs among gangster. I believe these can persuade students to stay away from gangsters. .
             Furthermore, gangsters are usually come from a broken family whose parents are divorced or often quarelling. Every day they come home, what they see is the scene their parents are quarelling. They cannot feel warm at home. So they go for friends who are involved in gangsterism to look for excitement. They feel more comfortable while staying with their gangsters friends. There are also cases that parents are busy of working and neglect their children. They are being materialistic to pursue material life. They are eager to provide a perfect lifestyle. They are busy of earning money for living. They go for work and leave their children at home alone or to foreign maids to take care of them. So, children are lack of parental love that make them become rebellious and involved in gangsterism. They did gangsterism to attract attention from their parents.
