This is as the purpose of the vaccine dose is to allow the immune system to make antibodies specific to the disease and then when the body encounters this infection in the future, it is already prepared to fight it. Often, one shot of the vaccination will protect you against the disease for the remained and rest of your life as the immune system will be able to remember the antibodies it needs to produce. The make-up ingredients of the vaccine, and the fact that it contains part of the original disease within it, are one of the reasons why so many are against vaccinations. The belief that vaccination are unsafe and that there are many risks associated with inserting foreign material into one's healthy body, in reality does not inspire confidence, especially those of parents with concern for the safety of their children. As vaccines are made from a source of the original illness itself (10), often people would express concern as through vaccine, not only are you piercing your skin, or in other words, your body's first layer of defence, individuals are also exposing themselves of 'infections on purpose and there are still chances of catching the disease due to human error during production of the vaccine. Centre for Disease Control (CDC), argues that 'years of testing are required by law before a vaccine in licenced and distributed' (14). They explain that 'while some of the reactions that follow vaccination may be caused by the vaccine, many are unrelated events that occur by coincidence after vaccinating. CDC is a scientifically known organization which specialises in managing the thread and spread of illnesses nation and worldwide. .
             The ingredients in the vaccine are also deemed as trustworthy to the human body. The chemical mixed with the weakened virus or bacteria in the vaccine could damage the body of the recipient rather than providing protection for it.
