My understanding of moral foundation is that it focuses on employees as individuals. There is something that makes it wrong for employers to treat them incorrect. Any company should respect their employees as well beings that they are. Managers face up difficult ethical situations where they have to make the right decision in order to satisfy their employee's right. .
In conclusion, we expect for managers to be aware of the moral foundations of employee's rights and will be able to make a good decision when confronted with ethical situations at their workplace. If managers treat their employees with respect and recognize the basis of their rights, it will enable the managers to differentiate what is owed to employees. All employees have a right to work in an environment free from mistreatment intended to demean, charge, or harass.
The at-will-employment doctrine has been a controversial issue in many employment agencies. Under the at-will doctrine, employers have the right to terminate employees without these types of contracts at any time and for any legally permissible reason. Employees also have the right to quit whenever they want. In other words, it is a legal concept that says both parties can terminate the affiliation at any time. Most employers are familiar with the "at-will" concept, but this right does not mean that employers should blithely terminate without giving a reason or without following normal policies and procedures.
