Self Employment

            Today I would like to share my career of choice and that is self-employment. Why would you want to work for someone else when you can work for yourself. Not having to answer to a grumpy boss or having to hear coworkers whine. Personally I would rather work for myself and know that everything that I am doing is a. helping myself, b. helping other people with employment, c. knowing that I am getting paid for what I am worth. .
             Many people seek many kinds of rewards from their careers. Working for yourself can provide you with many rewards. Those whom are self-employed often say that they like the following features of self-employment: independence, personal satisfaction, social recognition and control of their own income. .
             People who work for themselves have the independence to make their own decisions. They decide what they are going to do and where and how they plan to do it. They decide how many hours they are willing to work and when to take time off. Please who work for themselves find that they have more freedom, flexibility, and control over their work schedule and their employees. .
             Personal satisfaction is another common reward of self-employment. Self-employed people get a sense of accomplishment from figuring things out on their own. Personal satisfaction can also come from doing the kind of work they desire, rather than fitting into an established occupation or an established or an established company. Owing a business offers challenges and excitement that working for someone else usually does not. These owners also tend to have more pride in their products or services than other works.
             Some people who work for themselves often gain status and get more recognition than people in an organization who do the same kind of work. In part, this is because self-employed people market themselves to gain more business. However, name recognition back up with some strong work performance creates a valuable professional reputation.
