go." She then started looking for other stuff by Janet Jackson. As it turned out, she had .
all her albums by then, but discovered a video was available, so, she ordered it. Then she .
found some old singles lying discounted and forgotten in the same Warehouse Records. .
Then she bought them, even though they were identical to the album versions of the .
tracks.
By August of 1995 she was a committed fan. She couldn't just limit herself to one .
artist, so she searched high and low for information on all of her favorites, but there .
wasn't any useful resource. She took everything she knew and pulled it all together into .
a web page. Not a great page, or even a good one, but it was a page all her own.
Becoming fascinated by and addicted to music was evident. Not any one artist, but to .
the music scene in general. The mid-90's was a fantastic time to be getting into music, .
everything was new and exciting and the whole industry was changing all the time, which .
meant that there were always new groups and new albums to discover.
Since then she's just been bouncing along from one group to another, continually .
fascinated and entertained by music. Not just today's but also music from years ago .
which she discovered over again. .
So, that's her story. While some of you are shaking your heads in disbelief, others are .
nodding your heads in agreement with Sally's passion for music.
.
Then there was Cindy, who's story was much less complex, and maybe even .
understandable. .
Cindy began listening to music for meditation, to serve a spiritual need. From there, .
what she saw in her own life, was that she needed something to deal with stress on a daily .
basis. She wanted something that was legal, non-addictive, and could help her to handle .
her own stress. Where she didn't have to go to someone's office to accomplish this; .
something she could do at home. Music was just what the doctor order.
