Suicide Bombing - Story of Mahmood Marmash

 

            Israel - Palestinian conflict is going on from quite a long time. Many years ago, many Jews from the whole world gathered and came together with a great power, and they illegitimately occupied most of the Palestine, and made Israel, which is unfair. Since after that Palestinian Muslims are fighting with the Israelis for the freedom of their country; to get their land back. In return, Israeli army is doing unlawful killings of innocent civilians in Palestine. Now because Palestine has become a poor state, it cannot fight back with Israel. Because Palestine doesn't have such a big army and technology which Israel has, they cannot fight with Israel. So the powerless and hopeless and citizens of Palestine are fighting with Israel on their own. Some of these people in Palestine have made a group for this purpose, named Hammas. Hammas group is doing all the work for Palestinian freedom movement. It not only convinces people to fight against Israel but also provides all necessary training and weapons to them. .
             Mahmood Marmash was also one of those civilians who can give their life for their country. Marmash was just 18, when he blew himself up at the entrance of an Israeli shopping mall.
             Mahmood was belonged to a poor family. His father died before he was born. He was the youngest of 13 children their parents had. At the age of just 16, he left his education and started to work as a part-time carpenter. He was a loner and lived with her mother and elder brothers. He was a quiet and religious person who prayed 5 times a day. He was neither intelligent nor ambitious. He was a simple and normal person who had no hobby other than keeping an aquarium.
             Before the 7 1/2 months of his death Mahmood spent much of his time glued to the Television set. He was upset with the violence he saw and believed the Palestinians were ill-treated by Israel. He had taped a poster of a suicide bomber in his home, 23 year old, who had killed three Israelis.
