Rugby

I"m playing in a rugby tournament in Huntington Beach. As soon as I arrive I see George my old high school rugby coach. He comes up to me and tells me his team is too short and he needs me to play for him. Before I even said anything my teammate Lev says, "Don't play for his team you"ll be too tired to pay on your own team." .
I ignored Lev and went to play for the Godzillas, which was George's team. The game was going great, I was doing my job on the field I was at every break down and every tackle. I was doing everything that I needed to do right for the first thirteen minutes. Some guy from the other team got the ball and started running towards me, I tried to tackle him but I missed. I got back up and started to chase after him, one of my teammates tackled him and knocked the ball loose. I started running towards the ball but in order to get the ball I had to jump over my teammate that was on the ground, so as I was running and stepping over my teammate out of the corner of my eye I see a body fall and hit the ground I feel like as if someone grabbed a hammer and smacked the back of my leg really hard. Have you ever smashed a bag of potato chips? Well that crunching sound that you hear is what my leg sounded like when it broke. I ended up going in the ER and getting my leg put in a soft cast. I ended up breaking my fibula, tearing all the tendons in between my fibula and tibia, and dislocating my ankle. So now I have to go to re-constructive surgery so I can go back and play rugby.
