Troy Phelan, a wealthy business man from Washington D.C., just committed suicide; and in doing so, signed a very controversial holographic will. A will that left everything to his illegitimate daughter Rachel Lane. No one knew about Rachel, not even Troy's lawyer Josh Stafford. Josh being Troy's lawyer had to carry out the will but the first thing he need to do was to find Rachel Lane and see if she would agree with the will and take the inheritance. But there was one problem, no one knew exactly Rachel was. They knew she was in the Pantanal in Brazil with some Indian tribe, that was all. For this task Josh used one of his best friends, a recovering alcoholic who had been in rehab four times, Nate O"Riley. Nate did not know how hard it would be to find Rachal but he agreed to look anyways. In Brazil, Josh had made sure that everything there would be waiting for him, including a guide to take him in to the Pantanal. After one attempt of flying over the Pantanal but getting caught in a storm, they decided it would be best to search by boat. So that is what they did. After taking a bigger boat on the main part of the river, they used a small boat with only and outboard motor to navigate the smaller tributaries of the Paraguay river. They had no clue where to look. After going up one of the tributaries they ran into a tribe who did not have the white woman but they did know where she was. Jevy, Nate's guided, said he knew exactly where she was. As the were navigating on the river, Jevy made a wrong turn on one of the tributaries, but it turned out to be a good one.
