The Executive Director of this program is Sista Souljah. The fund gives assistance to roughly 800 children throughout the year. This program has a branch called Wall Street which teaches youth the fundamentals of the stock market. Though black students are often propositioned for degrees in Arts and Entertainment, blacks will never command the respect that others races receive in America without causing an economic groundswell. Sean is teaching underprivileged youth how to compete in today's marketplace. His idea was almost surely adopted from the Japanese. In the Japanese and German culture the young are tested and retested to find out where their strengths lie. After this process individuals are trained during their lives to perform a task to perfection. Mr. Combs is forming an Army of money conscious black youth, children that will understand the roll that they play in marketing. Youth that will have an idea why polling is needed and where their money is actually ending up. In the future the kids may understand that the majority of their entertainment dollars end up in the hands of people who don"t have their best interests at heart.
