Make an exercise program and stick to it. Take medications regularly and make an appointment with a nutritionist and a follow up appointment with your doctor. The main thing to do is to just keep your diabetes under control.
             Risk factors for diabetes are a history of diabetes in the family. You are at risk if you are Hispanic, African American, Native American and Asians.
