The biggest of the outlaw motorcycle gangs in Canada is the Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation, one of the most sophisticated organized crime rings in the world, with 112 chapters in 20 countries. The Hell's Angels occupy eleven chapters in Canada alone, five in British Columbia, five in Quebec and one in Halifax. Their occupation from the west to the east proves that they aspire to having cross-country domination. "The Hells Angels do not lose. The bombing will stop when the Hells Angels win. Period- (Wilkins). Because of their relentless persistence, the Hells Angels have found it easy to overcome the weak law enforcement in Canada. The stealth development used by biker gangs makes them virtually invisible from the public. The only activities we are able to see these gangs demonstrating are fraudulent charity events as well as videos and commercials that glorify their organizations. "They publicly donate money to charitable organizations. They produce slick promotional videos and magazines- (Wilkins). The propaganda manufactured by biker gangs is distracting society while they expand and conquer. Biker gang expansion will only come to a halt if they are confronted by stronger law enforcement.

The profits received from their businesses allow them to develop effortlessly. Biker gangs not only develop illegal businesses for their gangs but for society. This contribution is significantly raising Canada's crime rate. "Authorities estimate that outlaw motorcycle gang members may comprise 50 or 60 percent of those involved in organized crime in the country- (Wilkins). They are involved in such illegal businesses as drug trafficking, prostitution, money laundering, extortion, booze cans and illegal importation and exportation of goods.
