The given scenario above suggests that all my affiliates have taken various day jobs and thus are now too preoccupied to even do their part in starting and implementing our proposed business. I would be the only one left to make the business stand on its own. Because of this, it would be harder and would require more effort in my part, because I would not only be doing my share of the work, but I would be covering them as well.
Since it is very important for to cooperate for our business to succeed, I believe that talking to them and making them do their part would be the best thing to do. If they won't have the initiative to move, then it's up to me to coordinate our efforts.
