The best fruits are oranges, grapefruits, grapes, cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Vegetables and fruits should be eaten uncooked for the healthiest results. Broiled fish and skinless chicken are the best choices when it pertains to meats. Regular physical exercise makes the cardiovascular system stronger, reduces hypertension, improves blood cholesterol profile, and fights atherosclerosis.
