Husbands Hold the Key to Happy Homes

Granberg wrote the book, Husbands Hold the Key to Happy Homes. It dealt with the issues of Parental roles in the Family. In addition to the issues, the book also mentioned about the Father being the leader or the focal point in the family.
The first few chapters of the book talked about the roles the wife should play in her family and in society. It stated that many marriages end in divorces because of the changing roles of men and women in our society upon marriage. The book mentioned that the ideas of manliness and womanliness have changed in society. More importantly the book placed great emphasis in the area of men spending time with their kids and wives. It used examples of marriages that suffered from absentee fathers, fathers that are not involved in their family and single parent families. These three situations that was exemplified in the book had a major impact on the Children's lives of the families. For example, the family that suffered from having a single parent brought forth the dominant role of that single parent on the kids. In other words, if the mother controlled the household it placed a more feminist role on the children and sometimes you end up with the result of the male child tak!.
ing on more of the qualities of a female (not necessary gay). Like any other problem you can find a solution and the solution that were affirmed in the book is quiet simple. Men need to fulfill their roles in their family, not only fulfill, but more importantly doing it in a comportment in which they are showing their interest, affection and care.
The book, Husbands hold the key to happiness in their families, had a very touching effect on my philosophy to the roles of men in their families and how important they are to their families. Within reading this book, one would see that the title of the book really speaks for itself. It really doesn't get any simpler, Husbands hold the key to happiness in their family, and, affection, interest, care are just the basic tools that the husband uses to turn the key to happiness.
