African - American History

"I have a dream" was the very first words that were ushered by the great Martin luther king jr.This remark gave hope and perseverence to many around the world trying to struggle and fit in with white people.
Colored people were humiliated for trying to learn, beaten for trying to walk ,and killed for looking up. What happened to the colored was inhumane and indescent I as an individual stand up for the cause of the "struggle". People like Martin Luther king should have been held up high, people like him didnt care about themselves but cared for only the brothers that were in alot of pain and distress in those time. Having teenagers breaking their windows, writting threatning letters, and so on where were the responsible only god knows for they feared their own safety but not the safety of the colored families that were in pain.
But now as the world turns we turn and try to work and change the world from the pain that it holds for us in the future. The pain that has never ceased to stop and hurt the innocent and harmless.
